By using adsbuddy.in or engaging AdsBuddy's services, you agree to the following terms.
AdsBuddy provides e-commerce account management services including but not limited to: product listing creation and optimisation, marketplace advertising management, account health monitoring, and Shopify website development.
Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to each client. In the absence of a written agreement, verbal commitments made by AdsBuddy team members are binding if confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Monthly management fees are billed in advance at the start of each calendar month. One-time project fees (such as Shopify development) are billed 50% upfront and 50% on completion unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. AdsBuddy does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, as marketplace performance is subject to platform algorithms, market conditions, and factors outside our control. We guarantee execution of agreed deliverables within agreed timelines.
AdsBuddy's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for marketplace platform changes, account suspensions initiated by platform policies outside our control, or losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
